Freezing meat finger foods- I'm confused!

Sorry this is probably a very basic question! I want to pre make some finger foods for my DS. I am thinking need burgers, pork 'sausages', Turkey meets alls etc. I'd like to freeze it all raw, defrost overnight and cook fresh every day. But I'd like to add (hide!) things like grafted carrot, apple, pepper etc in them. Will fruit and veg be okay to freeze raw?! Thanks!!

You can freeze fruit and veg raw if it was fresh (ie not previously frozen). Previously frozen things can be refrozen once they have been cooked, if that makes sense!

There is some good information on the NHS website here .
