Just that really. DD has just turned 6 months and we are beginning weaning with a mix of purée and finger foods (all fruit and veg so far). I'm planning on introducing some yoghurt and cereal in a few weeks but don't really want to go down the baby rice/ munch bunch route. I am lactose intolerant (not dairy) and so buy soya milk and yoghurt. They are fortified with calcium. DD has never showen any signs of allergy, I just don't really want to buy separate stuff for her when she'll only be taking a tiny amount! Still breast feeding on demand.
