My 6mth has taken ok to solids and after first tastes am now moving on to 3 meals a day...But how much milk should I be looking at incorperating into her diet? She was /is mixed BF ( first and last thing) and formula ( she was on about 500-600ml).HV said to try dream feeding to get last bottle in but she refuses to take it and falls back to sleep! Any hints pls

its around a pint (500-600mls) until the age of 1 - this doesnt all have to be as a drink though as other dairy and milk with/in foods count as well.
