weaning and reusable nappies

Am looking for advice on what to do with the poo in this stage?!
Up to now has been easy as DD has been ebf so all just straight into washing machine. I was planning to use liners and attempt to flick solid poo into toilet however what to do at the moment while it's still runny? Is it OK to still put into washing machine or is it going to clog it up? Also as we are now staring starting some formula I wondered what those using reusables and formula do with the poo? Thanks

It didn't take very long for DD2's poos to become solid-ish - we were moving her from mainly BF to mainly FF at about the same time as weaning. Then there's DD1(2.5) whose poos are err.. occasionally rather soft. Flick what you can into the loo and trust the washing machine for the rest.
P.S. if you're using disposible liners (we use them only when one of the DDs needs lots of nappy cream) cut them into 2 or 3 so they fit without poking out of the nappy.

I used fleece liners and just held under the toilet flush before washing.

We used flushable liners and just tipped the liner and its contents in the toilet.

I used flush able liners too.
