How to increase fluid intake

My 13 month old DS was exclusively breastfed until around 6m. He now has a BF morning and night. However as the feeds have reduced his fluid intake has too and we're running into problems with constipation. He drinks maybe a total of no more than 1 cup worth of water in the day.

Any tips how to improve this? really don't want constipation to be an ongoing issue - he was in so much discomfort this morning. I've even wondered about starting an afternoon bottle!

Melon, cucumber, etc. Make breastmilk frozen lollipops. Add ice into his beaker as a novelty noise.
