Blw...dropped milk in day but increased at night

Some help would be greatly appreciated. My 11month old dd is blw and fed formula on demand. All is going well and she has been dropping her bottles in the day, now has 3 6/7oz bottles but...seems to be waking up at night hungry and has the remaining two bottles then. She was sleeping through until she had less milk in the day, at night she wakes and feeds and goes back to sleep. So in reality no dropping of milk has happened!

What do I do as she is one soon and feels like food will no longer be fun!! Do I keep the faith and let the baby lead? Which is fine just want reassurance it will happen. Or do I try and stop feeding at night and if so, how? Are there any methods that don't involve some level of distress for us both and don't require energy and resilience at 2am?!
