Do you just give the same meal?

How much variation does your 6 month old have over a weeks meals.

I basically do porridge [plain or stirred with fruit puree] then lunch/dinner is the same home made puree - so broccoli/sweet potato/squash, courgette etc

Noticed that some days baby is a little bunged up and wondered if its because she's having too much of 1 thing?

I pureed a few different vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, peas etc (brocolli gave DS lots of wind so avoided that initially) and froze them individually then gave a mixture of two of them at each meal.

Our DS was the same, a bit bungee up for a while when started on solids. I gave him lot of kiwis and pears etc. It helped.

I tend to make five different meals for him and freeze into portions so only every third day he gets the same again.

Thought you from the title you were asking if you gave Lo the same meal as you. Sorry. Smile

Just popped back to suggest leaving off the squash and swwt potato for a few days, they can make your Lo even more bunged up.

Have you tried Lo with any finger foods yet? Smile

same meal as us here. but they have tea at a different time so they have left over or something I've bulk prepared for them and frozen.

often porridge for breakfast but otherwise I try to add variety.
