My dd has been happily pushing fruit and steamed veg around her face and kitchen for a couple of weeks. All is going well, but I'm confused about when to introduce wheat (the problem is gluten I'm assuming) and dairy products.
Have searched through lots of material and threads and it seems like some people are giving toast with butter, cheese, pasta, honey and yoghurt fairly early on. Yet I've seen guidelines to avoid wheat, honey and dairy until a year old.
So what's the deal? How long should I be waiting? I'm dying to give her some of the stuff that I eat. Yeah I'm lazy.
