Grapes for a 9 month old

So I was thinking of giving my dd some grapes to try today. I've decided I will cut them in to quarters but when researching online I've found different advice on whether to remove the skin or not. Confused
What did/do you do?

Quarter them and leave the skins on. The skin is only an issue on a full grape in terms of getting stuck in the throat.

yeah, agree with noblegiraffe. Never give whole grape even to an older toddler. Something about the skin makes it easy to get stuck in the throat.

Ah that's what it is then! Thanks
