My 7 1/2 month old absolutely loves his food. Is it possible to overfeed him or would he just not eat it if he wasn't hungry for it?

Lots of people will say that a baby will turn its head away or get upset or do something to let you know it's had enough but my son has never done this. I was constantly being told I wasn't feeding him enough because he wasn't refusing anything - it got to the point where one day (aged 7m) he had a dinner about half the size of mine, only an hour after a full bottle, then had his full bedtime bottle an hour after that.

From then on, I regulated the portions myself!
