Am I giving too much milk?

Hi all
8 month old DD is on neocate. I don't think weaning is going that great. She really struggles to have more than about 10 spoonfuls of food. She can't manage lumps and loves sucking on finger foods, but can't manage to swallow it.

I have a speech therapies coming out tmrw to look at poss tongue tie, but I'm wondering if I'm giving her too much milk which may affect her appetite. Her day looks like this:

8:30 - 7oz neocate
10am - around 6 spoonfuls of baby porridge and some toast (toast not swallowed, just sucked!)
Midday - 6/7oz neocate
1pm - about 6 spoonfuls of veg purée. Some finger food (not swallowed)
3:30pm - 6/7oz neocate
5/6pm - maybe about 10 spoons of protein and veg purée
7:30pm - 7oz neocate.

Can anyone give any tips to help me give her more solids? Many thanks.
