This may seem a silly question I have a dd who is 15 months can I give her fresh orange juice and Apple juice. I also have a 7 year old ds but can't remember if I gave him or not lol

Not a silly question.

Lots of children with fillings in recent times caused by the combination of sugar and acid in fruit juice. It's far less healthy than previously assumed. If you can, stick to water and milk.

I would stick to plain water for the reasons given, but if you want to give juice then water it down to 1 part juice to 10 parts water or so.

DD drinks a lot more water if I serve it at body temperature rather than cold.

I tried her with it cold and warm when she was younger but she never took to either
