Have other BLW ers found spaghetti is the key to success?

Spaghetti will go down no matter what! Coated with tomato sauce or any creamy sauce (obviously no salt). Vegetables are hit and miss but spaghetti is king!

Looks hilarious stuffing all the worm like strands in his mouth but just wondered if anyone else had tried this.

Your baby must be a miracle of hand eye coordination! DS is 11 months and has been eating like mad since starting BLW at 6 months, but has never managed spaghetti, just sits there sadly with the ends in his mouth and the rest dropping out like some sad kind of moustache, then throws it off the high chair disdainfully

For those of us who aren't up to spaghetti yet, spiral pasta is a great one for fist grips, and holds a good amount of sauce!

. We've not tried spiral pasta but it's a thought! DS just sees the spaghetti and stuffs it in hand over fist! He 11 months now and has perfected the skill over the past 3 months! Tbh it's the only thing he's shown any interest in apart from oranges

He is a very determined little boy so maybe that's the trick!
