Can a 7 month old have potato salad?

Yes, think so, thought mayo was just a pg thing? Even then only the fresh stuff, pasteurized is fine.

What Helmans mayo from a jar? yes yes yes.
Homemade, with rawish eggs in there, I wouldn't at 7 months.

Yes of course. I am pretty sure they can have most things, apart from honey.

I would be careful about choking on pieces of potato, depends how soft they are. I would also check salt level in the product.

My DD always gagged on potato, whether mash or lumps - didn't like it till 13m or so - but by all means try!

My 7 month old just had boiled potatoes cut into wedge ish shapes, for part of his tea, they went down well. He has mayo with chicken and tuna and things so I would think it would be fine, might make some tomorrow. Grin
But shop bought stuff generally has very hard potatoes, so I don't buy it.
