introducing potential allergens

I've got a 15 month old who eats everything given so far, but I have a few food allergies and mainly because those foods aren't in the house my dd hasn't had these foods. What is the likelihood of her being allergic to things I am allergic to? How should I go about introducing them? Btw my allergies are not anaphylactic, more itchy skin and peculiar feelings in my throat.

Think its pretty unlikely that your dd will react to the same foods as you. I'm CMPI and neither of mine have had the least problem with dairy.

Could you introduce the allergens one at a time, preferably in the morning and when your doctors are open, just in case? Smile

Ditto to everything Julie said!
[except I had a diff intolerance to cow's milk]
