Hi,
can anyone tell me how long I need to stand HiPP baby pouches in hot water before they warm?

Just use your instincts. At a guess I'd say dunk it in boiling water for 30 seconds and then test it. If it's too hot let it cool, if too cold stick the bowl back in for a few seconds.
