Is it OK to give a baby (8months) pate?

Mine all had pate on toast etc from weaning.

Can't see why not. It's not mentioned on the foods to avoid list? Is there something about it that is worrying you?

I think I was probably unsure because of it being reccomended to avoid in pregnancy.
