Orzo

I asked DH to pick up a pack of baby pasta and he picked up orzo rice pasta. Do I treat it like pasta?
I'm making spag Bol for tea and was going to give ds some with pasta.
He still needs it blended but thought the orzo might be small enough.

Yes it is just pasta, so you can treat it as such. You can also treat it a bit like risotto rice, and make a kind of orzo risotto, if you like. Here's a recipe to show you what I mean.

Excellent thanks. That recipe looks good too. Butternut squash added to shopping list. DH said it's the only pasta they had in the baby aisle.

Mine had orzo and stellini, which she prefers for some reason. I give it with tomato sauce and/or cheese melted in.
