We are baby led weaning so I am following the "food is for fun before one" advice and still offering all his milk. He has breakfast, which can be weetabix or porridge or toast. He then has lunch, which could be avocado, cheese sandwich, vegetables, pasta... Whatever we are eating really. He also has a fromage frais every day and some fruit. He does get a fair bit of solids.
I still breast feed him morning, at seven pm and then at half ten. As I work full time my husband gives him two seven ounce bottles of formula in the day. Does this sound right? I am a bit worried about over feeding him!

a minimum of 20 oz is recommended up to 1 year. It can take time for the amount of solids to increase enough to replace milk so I wouldn't worry about decreasing milk just yet

Thanks that's really helpful.
