chilli for 7.5 month old

Would it be madness to give ds chilli for tea ? He had mild curry monday and has had bolognese a couple of times. Homemade so I have reduced the heat but not sure about kidney beans or him having rice. We are doing blw so not puree.

I would say go for it. Maybe squash any kidney beans a little. Rice is no problem. If it's a bit hot then stir some plain yoghurt, sour cream etc in.

I would. And I agree with pp about sour cream as it will up the fat content as an added bonus.

This is absolutely fine. Rice is fine too bit you might find he struggles to pick it up himself. Perhaps you could look up a sticky rice recipe so that the lumps stay bigger.

I frequently add chilli, paprika and pepper to things for my DS as I find the lack of salt makes things bland. He loves it!
