Giving 19mo supper and/or milk?

DS usually has around 6 ozs milk at bedtime. He gets dinner at 4.30pm and eats a fair amount. He has been waking really early in the morning and I wanted to try giving him supper to see if it helps in case he might be hungry. Do I give him porridge/weetabix instead of his regular milk or in place of and just use the milk in the porridge/weetabix instead? He is a good weight and eats fine throughout the day.

I'd be tempted to give a banana and then give milk x

My kids ate an early ish tea at nursery at 4 pm. I used to give them a bowl of natural yogurt when we got home just after 6 pm, then bath, milk and bed. They always slept well, though tbh I think sleeping well is more luck than anything else. Good luck.
