Can I give 13mo DS some shepherds pie tonight, which I made on Wednesday evening??

So it has been in the fridge for 48 hours.

If I nuke it in the microwave until boiling hot (and then let it cool) of course...

Absolutely no need to nuke it in the microwave, its been in the fridge!Mine had bolobnese for dinner last night that had been in the fridge for 4 days - we are all still alive and well Smile

Bolognese (not some new dish that you hadn't yet heard of!)

Yes if not got too much salt in it

Bolobnese sounds kinda...blobby!

Thanks though that's good to know...randome question, if you didn't reheat your Bolobnese (!) in the microwave how did you do it? Just on the hob? (Sorry if this is a dumb question...my mum was definitely from the microwave-it-all school of motherhood so this is all new to me!!).

And yes, I made the pie with a low salt Kallo stock cube and no other salt so I think it will be fine?

'Bolobnese' I'd reheat on the hob in a saucepan

Shepherd's pie - I would warm in the microwave (but wouldn't nuke) - although you can warm in the oven (but perhaps not efficient use of energy)
