6 month old still has tongue thrust reflex....

Do I start weaning or not? Should I wait until it goes? Sorry clueless first timer here! :-)

I kept on giving my LO a taste of the food from a spoon. She soon learned to open her mouth to accept it. Once she knew it was tasty, she demanded it!
Not sure if you can start BLW weaning though. I'm sure someone will be along to advise!

I'd leave it a couple of weeks and try again. One of the signs of readiness is that the tongue thrust reflex has gone Smile
