tommee tippee freezer pots

can the tommee tippee freezer pots be defrosted in the microwave? doesnt say on packaging or anywhere on google

Not sure, but it's not ideal to put any plastic in the microwave anyway, even if it's BPA-free. I just defrost my pots in the fridge - it doesn't take long as the amount of food is pretty small.

I run mine under warm water and pop the food out into a microwaveable dish.
