How often

Started blw yesterday with 6 month old dd. Just wondering how often I should offer, she is usually with us at all 3 mealtimes but obviously I don't want to overload her!!

At first she prob won't eat very much. She's prob more likely just to play with it. You can offer her something whenever you are eating. At first I didn't bother with breakfast
