I made myself some carrot and ground almond soup, quite thick in consistency.

Could I give some to 7month old DD2?

It has
onions
garlic
carrots
celery
wheatfreebouillonstockpowder
ground almonds

What do you think?

I wouldn't, but I am biased by having a child with a nut allergy. I am usually pretty blase about weaning, but not nuts, no.

I don't like most nuts, so I'd leave them out.

as long as there is no history of asthma, hayfever, excezma or nut allergy then nuts can be given from 6 months ... so yes.
