Basically, can you steam brocolli and potato, blend it together and freeze it together or do you have to freeze foodstuff individually?

Of course you can freeze it together!

I blend loads of veg together, and even meats w/veg, and freeze it into cubes. Fruits, too. That's fine to do!

Thanks, feel a bit stoopid now

You can freeze any combinations of veg and fruit, casseroles, pastas etc!

I did it both ways. Sometimes feeze a combo, other times freeze seperately and then defrost a combination.

YOu can steam, puree, blend and freeze all sorts of veg togethr - also veg and fruit mix - like pasnip and pear, carrot and apple - no problem -
I wouldn't blend potato though, as it goes starchy due to the blending whizz - action, rather sqaush it through a fine sieve and then add a veg.
