Is it ok for a 7 month old to eat marmite on toast?

Cos she just has, compliments of Lottie who thoughtfully shared it with her. I know the salt in the marmite isn't massively ideal but is the toast itself ok? Seems to have gone down very well.

Seems like such a silly question

Great
She's just had the usual amount of milk, plus a breast feed at 6am. Virtually a whole weetabix, and now half a slice of toast!
She's only diddy, but not for long at this rate!

PS how the bloody hell would you give weetabix without a spoon?

Messily

And you have to clean it up very quickly because it sets like cement. It doesn't appear often on the CorrieDale menu, I can tell you.
