what crackers/oatcakes do you buy for blw?

I gave my 8 month baby martiz (however you spell it) cracker and she chocked! scary!

Ive searched the shelves in tesco for the lowest salt ones but these were the lowest ( something like 0.0002g).

so what crackers/oatcakes are suitable??
thanks

Did she choke or just gag?

Maybe she's not quite ready for crackers yet - how about rice cakes or biscuits that can be gummed and go soft?

I'm sure it was chocking. she went quiet looked scarf but most of dislodged it as she started coughing them threw up a bit and cried Sad Sad Sad Sad Sad

I buy Morrison's poppy and sesame seed thins for DS. He loves them with Philadelphia or peanut butter. If you leave the crackers for a bit with the topping they go soft.

I give mine unsalted crackers by Rude Health or Kallo.
Either plain rice ones, or mixed oat/spelt ones.
Now she has teeth she can munch them straight, but before she got teeth I found it best to dip them in water first to soften them. She still finds dipping them herself lots of fun.
