Lunches-
Soup with bread fingers - chicken and veg, tomato, Moroccan spiced, butternut squash. Nigella has a recipe for squash and pasta soup in How To Eat which my babies LOVE.
Filled pasta - spinach and ricotta is good - and the waitrose version is surprisingly low in salt.
Dinners
A nice mild chicken korma
Beef stew - shin of beef stewed long and slow is lovely and soft.
Shepherds pie with potato and sweet potato mash
Spag Bol
Roast dinner
Fish pie.
Poached fish, parsley sauce, mash and peas
Fish cakes
Homemade lamb meatballs in tomato sauce. I make mini ones - DH loves them too.
Couscous made with chicken stock, feta, hummus and chopped tomato
