We've been giving DS meat since he was about 6 months - chicken, pork, lamb & very lean beef. We grill or steam the meat then blitz it with a little of his milk. Chicken is probably best to start off as it has a blander flavour. I got a great baby & toddler meal planner recipe book from a friend and it's really helped with meal ideas for us.

My baby is also 7 months and I've already introduced chicken and fish. 2 successful recipes I've done are a blend of chicken, broccoli, pasta and cream cheese, and a fish pie consisting of a blend of coley, potato, peas, sweetcorn and milk.
I've got the following books.
Feeding your Baby & Toddler - Annabel Karmel
Feed Me - Gerrie Hawes
Cooking for Babies - Sara Lewis
Finger Food for Babies & Toddlers - Jennie Maizels

Hi Kutil - it's called something like "Meal Plans for Babies & Toddlers" and I think it's by Sara Lewis as well.

If you put Sara Lewis into amazon it comes up with a whole list of books on there. One is called "what to feed your baby" - looks quite good
