Quorn is ok after 9 months. And yes you can freeze it. Done so many times

It's a good source of protein, although worth remembering that it is quite low in fat. When cooking with it you could try and add (healthy) fats to the recipe.

Why only after 9 months mrsm? I'd like more guidance on this. We've been doing BLW since 6 months old but haven't given meat substitutes like Quorn or soya sausages yet.
