Hi,

DD is 11 months and I was thinking of giving her oatcakes but then I saw that they have 0.13g of salt per oatcake and was wondering if this is ok?

Thanks

Should be fine - I can't imagine she'll eat lots of them. So long as she isn't eating lots of sodium elsewhere in her diet there shouldn't be an issue.

they are supposed to have less than 1g per day so an oatcake would be perfectly ok.

Thanks for your replies. I gave them to her and she seemed to like them!
