babies amd chicken?

thinking of giving my 7 month DD chicken this week...is pre-cooked prepared chicken OK? like chunky chicken pieces or wafer chicken slices?? or do you have to cook the chicken yourself?

I'd watch for added ingredients like salt/preservatives first. You might be safer cooking it yourself

Agree, the salt levels may be high in bought cooked chicken. Might be best to cook it yourself or just make sure Lo has low salt food for the rest of the day.
