I remember these from school lunches. Are they suitable for a 10mth olds? I don't eat fish but would like to try this on bread. He doesn't like tinned tuna etc... Are they OK to give and which are best?

Not sure but i imagine they're very salty??

I wouldn't, far too salty and there's not much goodness in them. Keep trying with the tinned tuna - sometimes you need to try a few times before your dc will accept it

Have you tried tinned salmon or sardines? My DS loved tinned sardines on toast at that age and dd was keen on tinned salmon sandwiches and fish cakes Smile
