11 month old won't eat solid fruit

My ds2 is refusing to eat any solid fruit, despite being presented with it everyday. He just completely ignores it on his tray, but has no such issues with bread, biscuit, pizza etc. Even if i put it to his mouth, so he can get a taste on his lips, he turns his head away and refuses. He is fine with puréed fruit, seems to really enjoy it. About a month ago he would have solid banana and mango, but just complete refusal now. Any ideas what to do.

Could you try grated apple/pear/carrot? Or something little and soft like berries? So more texture than puréed but not as daunting as big pieces iyswim.

Otherwise I think I'd leave it for a week or so and then try again when it is a novelty, if he sees you eating it he might be tempted. I think sometimes babies just get bored of stuff! There is a good book called 'My Child won't eat' that says not to worry too much; as long as you offer a variety of food, babies will almost always eat what they need to thrive.

My DS who is 15mo won't touche solid fruit or vegetables. He won't let me put them in his mouth either. It's a nightmare. I spoon feed him soup and pureed fruit to make up for it and I have tried every fruit and vegetable I know of. I even tried the multi veg muffins which every baby except mine seems to adore.

One of my twins is Ike this. Likes toast etc as finger food but ignores fruit. He'll eat fruit puréed. I don't think there's much you can do tbh but I wouldn't worry about it! ESP if he'll eat some fruit puréed etc. he'll prob decide in his own time to eat them (or not...)
