Almond milk for young babies?

Is it ok to give almond milk to a seven months old? That's it really .

It would be ok to use in cooking as an ingredient but not ok to give as a main drink. The only things that should be given as a main drink under 1 yr is breast milk or formula milk.

Thank you Ex. I would like to use it to make porridge. DC is on solids but still being bf.

Is there a reason that you wouldn't use cows milk for cereal?

Like pp we have cow and soy allergic dd so use almond milk on cereal/to make porridge as don't have time to express every day!

Cow= cows milk protein!
