I've got ds2, we did BLW with ds1. What do I do? When do I increase his meals from one to two a day etc?

Any help?

Have you read mn weaning info? Its very good, the only thing ican see that has changed is that its now recommended to move to 3 meals a day between 8 ans 9 months.

Basically, once Lo is showing the signs of readiness, you can start offering food. If Lo is under 6 months all you can really offer is fruit and veg but if you wait until 6 months you only have to avoid these foods.

Think its pretty much upto you when you start offering 2 meals a day. As long as you offer solids roughly an hour after a milk feed it should be fine. Once Lo is one, you can offer food before milk.

Hopes this reminds you, have you read the blw website too, that's always a good place to start Smile

Oh yes, almost forgot. Never, ever offer an alternative Smile
