Jacket potato, omelette, pasta, houmous or other dip and veg sticks, ploughman's type lunch with things like cheese, egg, salad things, cold meat etc.

Is she completely off bread or would something like cheese on toast or scrambled egg on toast be an option?

Frittata? Cous cous is always quick and easy.

What about a quiche? You could make little ones and freeze them, or savoury muffins, again can be frozen.

I always used to be able to tempt dd with bits from the fridge, things like strips of cold meat, a couple of cherry toms, chunks of cucumber, pepper, olives, breadstick, cheese, basically little bits of whatever was at hand. Dippy egg and eggy bread was a big hit too Smile

When mine went off sandwiches I used to toast the bread and cut onto slices, and serve it along with cut up ham/cheese/chicken strips or a little mound of tuna mayo/cream cheese on the plate with some cucumber, tomatoes and grapes.

How about a savoury muffin too?
