Can I refreeze frozen peas!

Am making pea/sweet potato combo tonight and using frozen peas.

Can I freeze left overs or not, since the peas were already frozen?

Yes you can

I have frozen food with cooked frozen peas with no ill effects! Eg in cottage pie as well. I wouldn't re-freeze frozen peas that had thawed though.

you can freeze once in the raw state (applies to veg, meats, etc) and then freeze again once the food has been cooked. The big no no is defrosting and then refreezing without cooking it in between.
