Marmite and peanut butter??

When can i introduce marmite and peanut butter? I have a 7month old!?

Agree with no marmite because of the salt but ds loves a little smooth peanut butter on a rice cake every so often. Banana and peanut butter also works well. I just keep an idea of salt/ sugar over a day.

Most health food stores sell salt-free/sugar-free peanut butter. That's that we use and we started it at 6mo on toast. They often sell other nut butters too if you want to try them.

Marmite is incredibly salty, really no need for little babies/children to have it BUT Marmite do flavoured rice cakes for toddlers which have less salt (yumm!)
