Breakfast cereal ideas for 10 month old?

Hi! I need ideas!! DS has done Ready Brek and it's too hot for that now anyway!
I can spoon feed him a Weetabix, but I have just got into giving him Shreddies to self feed. It's working really well as I just give him a few at a time on his tray to pick up and was wondering what other cereals work well like this?? it gives me more time to eat my breakfast

I use Sainsburys Raisin Wheats (no added sugar unlike Kelloggs) - soak in milk until soft, perfect for BLW or spooning!

Have you tried porridge fingers? Cheese on toast?

Does it have to be cereal?

Eggs (in any form), crumpets, english muffins all go down well here.

Fruit and yoghurt.

btw - Porridge fingers - make some faily thick poridge, spread onto a plate to cool, cut into fingers. Serve as required.

The way I make porridge fingers: small microwave-safe tray, thin layer of normal porridge oats (half a cm?), pour over whole milk until only just covered, microwave for 1 minute, leave to set/cool (do not touch/stir!) - then chop into fingers.

With DD1 she self fed herself small oatibix, they're fair firm to pick up even with a bit of milk. But now DD2 is at this stage I can only find big (weetabix size) or flake style oatibix. Worried that they have discontinued! So, if you find any, I recommend them, and please let me know which supermarket!

was going to start a thread just like this- watching with interest! I finf cranberry wheats good, also Sainsbury's. Need some more ideas for variation though!
