Can I freeze chicken for DS ??

Hi all,

DS just had some mashed chicken and broccoli for lunch. What do I do with the remaining pieces of cooked chicken (that's quite a bit)? Can I separate it into smaller meal portions and freeze and use later ? I'm used to using frozen purees for DS but have never frozen chicken...
Sorry if this is a stupid question Blush

Thanks :)

Freeze away, just make sure you heat til piping hot, and then allow to cool to his preferred temp before serving.

how do I defrost?? - in the microwave or overnight in the fridge (I would prefer the microwave as then it doesn't need to be planned :) )

Microwave should be fine - just make sure it is really hot, all the way through, and then let it cool again to whatever temp DS likes it.
