Thoughts on jam?

For lunch dd and I are stuck in a sandwich rut. I'm running out of ideas and wondered if people thought jam was too sugary? Dd ways a lot of fruit so gets a lot I'd goodness with natural sugars from that.

What do you think, too sugary, or bring too pfb?

Never really offered mine jam butties if that's what you are thinking but if wanted to could you get some high fruit low sugar jam?

Does it have to be sandwiches too? What sorts of things do you both eat now?

Too sugary I'd say. It's almost pure sugar. I have some sugar free jam from a health shop for if I ever use it on DSs toast. Mainly give something else though.

Oh unless your DD is 14 or something! Ha then you're being pfb :)

It's just food, no item in a diet is good or bad, a diet of nothing but jam sarnies - that's bad, a jam sarnie as part of diet sure.
