Just a bit worried about the salt content, as the ingredients don't say how much is in them.

I wouldn't then wibbly but then I'm not keen on it, so. It would be unlikely to get on the DC plates Smile

It's pretty easy to make mashed potato so I wouldn't.

I do normally make it myself, it was only if I didn't have any and was in a rush, but I won't risk it. Thank you Grin

I freeze little portions of left-over mash for DD2. Comes out perfectly fine and it usually gets mixed with casserole or something similar.

Yes I freeze mash in big batches (along with all over left overs) so I can be lazy. In fact, stocks are getting low we've been living out of it recently. I wouldn't give dd ready made, it is such a weird texture compared to the stuff you make.
Use one hour and have 4 saucepans on the go, potato, sweet potato, lentils and bolognaise then you are always good to go.
(Even can be supremely lazy- I just fed dd mash mixed with tinned sardines and tinned sweet corn as we've been out all day so no time to do anything else.
