How do i work the Beaba Babycook?

Help! I bought the Babycook on Ebay & have the recipe book but no instructions. The cooking & chopping bits look straightforward but how do I defrost & reheat?
Am I being v thick - ie it's so simple that an instruction manual isn't needed?
Any help gratefully received!

Well that might explain things but the blurb def said it could do all sorts. Perhaps poetic licence was used!!

It definitely can defrost and reheat if I remember correctly - I used to work for the company that owned Beaba a few years ago. If it helps, you can go onto their website www.beaba.com, go onto the customer service section and from there you can download some instructions (it says "download the note", rubbish translation!).
