Potentially stupid question regarding salt.

This is dc number 3 so you think I'd know better, but have had a 6 year gap! dd is 7 months and after a slow start to weaning she appears to be beginning to get the hang of things. I intend to start introducing more of what we're eating but am worried about her salt intake. At what age is it okay to feed her things like bolognese, curry etc which has been prepared for the whole family?

I just gave them from 6 months. If you make the spag Bol with a stock cube, see if you can get hold of some low salt ones, think most supermarkets sell them. If you put salt in the curry, could you serve lots portion and then add it?

We offered DD2 those kind of meals as soon as she started weaning, but we used low-salt stock and never added salt to anything.
