Is mucousy poo always a bad thing?

Day 2 of BLW here with my twins. We gave them some steamed carrot yesterday just to see if they were ready or not (25+2 and family history of banana allergies, so we couldn't do the banana test!).

My boy twin already has suspected CMPI, so today I offered them porridge fingers made with Oatly.

My girl twin has just done a small, but runny and very mucousy poo. Does this mean she has an oat allergy? Please say not because I don't think I can cope

I don't think so. although a symptom, Mucous can be in poo if they have a cold. ( even if no runny nose as they can swallow it)

Only thing you can do is try it again and keep your fingers crossed.

Good luck x
