What is your 12 month old's routine and how much do they eat?

Dd is 12 months.
She has cows milk 20-30 min after she wakes up and then I make her something at lunch time (usually a plate of breadsticks, cucumber tomatoes, cheese, fruit, etc)
Sometime she eats but most times she just picks throughout the day. She has another bottle at 5-6pm and another at 22 and. Lunch is her only proper meal, she mostly snacks.

Ideas welcome!

DS turned 1 yrs old thursday past,

Breakfast - 1 weetabix, tbsp pureed fruit, cows milk and handful cheerios which he picks off his highchair + water
Lunch - bowl chicken and vegetable soup, custard + water
mid afternoon - 180 ml cows milk
Dinner - finger foods e.g chicken pieces/small sausages, potato wedges/tortilla wrap/pitta bread/pasta shapes/baguette, cucumber/carrot batons/grapes + water
Before bed - porridge with cows milk + 240ml cows milk

DS is older now but his feeding patterns haven't changed much so I can remember what he was having then.

(Rough timings)
8am - cows milk on waking
9am - breakfast. Something like Weetabix, cheerios etc or maybe some toast
11.30 - cows milk although he dropped this soon after turning 1 so I gave a snack instead.
1.00 - Lunch which was whatever I was having. Things like cheese on toast, omelette, jacket potato, sandwiches with salad are typical, followed by some fruit.
4.00 - Snack offered and probably eaten about half the time
6.00 - Dinner which again is what we're eating e.g. roast dinner, casserole, stir fry, pasta, risotto etc. Yogurt for dessert.
7.30 - Milk before bed. This was still formula at 12 months but switched to cows milk once the tin was finished and we were happy he was OK on cows milk.

Ds is 12months and is currently on 4 bottles of cows milk a day, 3 proper meals a day of whatever we're having... and is eager to try some of whatever anyone has for a snack as long as its something he can have !

However, we have a problem in that I have to hand him tiny bites of everything as if I give him a chunk to hold he will literally shove the whole lot in!

We will get there eventually!
