Poorly baby

Hi 5 month old has his first cold and is completely off his food. Is this normal and should I do anything to compensate him not eating. Not sure what to do with him as its all new to me. Tia x

Yes, as far as I'm aware, it's normal. Milk (breast or formula) should be the main source of calories/nutrition at this age, so just make sure he has his usual milk feeds. It doesn't matter at this age how much they eat in terms of solids.
